The Municipal Excess Liability Residual Claims Fund issued Competitive Contracting RFPs for the positions of:

Attached are the summary results of the Evaluation Committee’s scoring of responses. The Municipal Excess Liability Residual Claims Fund will finalize these appointments at the January 9, 2026, meeting.

The RCF Claims Committee will meet via teleconference at 9:30 a.m., on the following dates: January 7, March 18, May 6, June 3, July 15, September 9, October 14 and December 2, 2026. The committee is also scheduled to meet January 6, 2027.
