NOTICE OF CHANGE IN MEETING VENUE FROM IN-PERSON TO ZOOM
FOR JANUARY 6, 2025 MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq., in consideration of anticipated adverse weather conditions and to protect the public health, safety and welfare, the meeting of the Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund, a public entity established under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 (1) et. seq., scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2025 at the Forsgate Country Club, Monroe Township, N.J., will instead be held electronically via Zoom. Fund Commissioners, Fund Professionals, Risk Management Consultants and members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting may do so by calling (312) 626-6799 and entering Meeting ID 977-2044-0321 at 10:15 a.m. Individuals calling into this number will be able to fully participate in the meeting, including providing public comment. A non-public dial-in number will be used if executive session is required.
