Please be advised the previously adopted 2025 and January 2026 meeting locations for MEL Claims, MEL, RCF, and EJIF have changed due to conflicts at the Forsgate Country Club, 375 Forsgate Drive, Monroe Twp., NJ.

Specifically, the conflicts are for the March, September, and October meeting dates and locations have moved to the DoubleTree by Hilton located at 390 Forsgate Drive, Monroe Twp. NJ 08831. (It is one of the hotels close to the NJ Turnpike entrance/exit ramp.)

Below, please find the revised complete 2025 and January 2026 in-person meeting dates and locations for MEL Claims, MEL, RCF, and EJIF except where noted.

In-person meeting time schedule:

• MEL Claims @ 9:45 a.m.
• MEL JIF @ 10:30 a.m.
• EJIF @ 11:05 a.m.
• RCF @ 11:30 a.m.
• Lunch to follow RCF meeting

MEL Claims Review also meets virtually at 9:45 a.m. on May 7, July 16, and December 3, 2025. These dates have not changed.

RCF Claims Review meets virtually at 9:30 a.m. on March 18, May 7, June 4, July 16, September 4, October 8, December 3, 2025, and January 7, 2026. These dates have not changed.
