The Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund, a public entity established under NJSA 40A:10-36 et seq., shall hold public meetings during the year 2026 and January 2027 as follows. Meetings will be held on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. at the Forsgate Country Club, 375 Forsgate Drive, Monroe Twp., NJ. unless otherwise noted*:

• Friday, March 20, 2026 – Forsgate Country Club
• Monday, June 15, 2026 – Forsgate Country Club
• Monday, September 14, 2026 -Forsgate Country Club
• Monday, October 19, 2026 – Forsgate Country Club
• *Wednesday, November 18, 2026 – Steel Pier Room, Sheraton Hotel, Atlantic City
• Monday, January 11, 2027 (Reorganization) – Forsgate Country Club 

The MEL Claims Committee will meet on the same days as the Board of Fund Commissioners at the prior-mentioned dates & location at 9:45 a.m., with the exception of the November meeting date.

The MEL Claims Committee will also meet virtually at 10:45 a.m. on May 6, 2026, July 15, 2026 and December 2, 2026.

Members of the public may obtain meeting materials and information by emailing nancyg@permainc.com by 4:00 p.m.,  the Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting date. Meetings scheduled to take place at the Forsgate Country Club are subject to change.

Individuals calling into this number will be able to fully participate in the meeting, including providing public comment. If an executive session is required, then the Zoom breakout room will be utilized. Formal action may be taken.
